
For the past 10 years I got to KNOW, LOVE and ENJOY THE FOOD/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY and much more to learn. I became adept at managing the demands of both the kitchen and front-of-the-house operations. I learned amazing skills that also helps me everyday in my life. Speaking multiple languages, paying attention to the smallest detail and a memory that serves to give the best dining experience for the guests.

The Oyster Society opened their doors in December 27th, 2016 . I had the amazing opportunity to be trained for almost 6-8 weeks before grand opening. Learned top qualify skills for the fine dinning etiquette.
The job provided an amazing experience since I learned how to cook the most delicious Italian dishes, desserts and homemade pasta from scratch.
M.A.C.S was one of my first real job in the US and I got to fall in love with SERVICE and FOOD INDUSTRY. I learned basic skills from food preparations, washing dishes and greeting guests to learning POS skills and practicing my english.
