I began working at Raising Cane's while in high school. Within a year or so, I became a certified trainer, but I did not pursue recertification when the opportunity arose again. Instead, I decided to remain a crew member and assist the team as much as possible. I continue to help fellow crew members and new employees by guiding them when they need assistance or correcting their mistakes. I frequently helped the drive-thru, ensuring its smooth operation and aiming to expedite orders efficiently. However, I was trained in various roles, allowing me to work in all positions.
