My work history in the past 20 years has been working as a customer service representative for different call centers. I have been at my current position since April 6th 2020 until present day. My previous job was for GC services from August 8th 2008 until March 30th 2020. My job includes working in resolving customer issues including billing, checking status on refunds, authorizations and guiding customers on using the online services provided. Throughout my position as customer service representative I have worked with different software and also done data entry, created service tickets and learned new processes as new updates came along and required by the client. I have learned and implemented customer service skills like listening and educating callers on how to solve their issues on hand.
