Sales Administrator

The first task that I was given was to go through different grids and find different discrepancies in the amounts being charge for a specific insurance that this company provides. I did inspection and I found an enormous amount of discrepancies and I corrected the grids, so they provided the right data and I got the person that was responsible for it corrected.

I then was given the task of going through all the mail and see what taxes were actually not paid and which actually were. I did this for many many different mobile homes.

I then I given the task of going through the 1000 Mobile Homes and see which ones are actually are on the owners name and which was is still on the previous one, describe all the details of the home and what has to be done to get the mobile homes on the right name. This was a very long cycle as it took to go in many different files and documents, however I put everything in one excel grid so whenever any data is needed regarding a mobile home is all in one grid.

I also handled upset clients that were not being handled by the actual responsible terminal. I handled the HE&R and handled anything I could do on my own and I got the responsible terminals to do their hats.

I also provided data to any MTTX worker that needed me to look into any titles or tax data.

I was mainly handling the backlog and meanwhile there were only 2-3 new sales so I did the admin for those with my boss who was hatting me on it.


I am capable of actually spotting anything wrong with a company so it can be handled and made to function again. I like to talk to costumers and handle their comm cycle so they can be happy and satisfied.

I went there for 3 moths, just in order to make enough money to pay off my freeloader. This was the agreement that the owner and I made before I left Italy and went to Delaware.

At the warehouse I was first used for several different projects, for example paring back up boots that were wrongly mismatched; I set up a shop in a mall, I did lots of excel grid work including sending a weekly report to the owners of what was sold and other figures that were needed; I put together several different shipments to send to Alaska, Virginia and other states, so it can be sold at the shops there.

I also did HR for a couple of weeks and I hired a few people.

In order to make $800-900 after tax I worked every week, every day, from 7am to 8-9pm. This didn't allow me to actually move on my conditions or have any time to actually set up my life and being far from Scientology was making it hard on me, so I decided to move to Clearwater and get a different job.

EXPEDITOR, MEST WORK

While I was leaving the Sea Org, I did lots of Mest work. It was an extremely necessary experience as I learned how do some many things and I am really grateful.

I learned how to put up drywall, take down walls (including bricks) take out tiles, build rooms, professionally paint, raise my standards on white glove cleaning, I built 2D rooms and berthing, an haircutting place with tiles that I put down myself, etc.

I also prepared and served food and I replaced 4 different Estates staff so they could go on LOA. I did more than 1000 hrs of amends.

HAS

07.2019 - 08.2023

As the HAS, I arrived 50 people in the Sea Organization. 41 of those people are still in the Sea Org in present time.

1/2 of them are in exec positions and they all are filling important positions, like receptionists, EPF I/C, Supervisors, Auditors, Recruiters, etc.


They way that I arrived those people, was not simply a recruit cycle. I personally one on one did an Ethics Handling on each of them and actually helped them and then I arrived them in the Sea Org, reason why so many of them are still in the Sea Org and are winning.

I personally recovered more than half back on lines and those same people who didn't want to do services, are now very successful Sea Org members.


There are some people who I worked one on one who did not join the Sea Org, however are doing very well in life. Some joined staff and some are winning Scientologists.


In different points, specifically during Covid, I held reception, did Dir Comm Functions and I also handled MAA lines whenever necessary.


I am very good in getting in comm with someone and get to the bottom of their difficulties and apply the right piece of tech. As I trained threw Class V, HSSC/FPRD and Supervisor, I used all my tools including FDSing, Conditions by Dynamics, Lower Conditions, to get the person in front of me to win again. I then trained through the OEC. Which gave me even more tools to use in order to help as many people as possible.

Unfortunately I do not have certificates right now, however my knowledge resides in me and I still can apply the tech.

I really like to make things go right no matter what, specifically if is for a good purpose.

STUDENT MAA

As Student MAA at ASHO, I reverted the Dept 11 statistics by putting HCO PL What is a Course? and Courses their Ideal Scene in and I personally recovered more or less 100 students and I created a fast line with Course Admin and Ethics so the students didn't lose any time whenever they were sent to Ethics. I also lowered the percentage of late students.

Staff Staff Auditor

As a Staff Staff Auditor, I was mostly the top auditor and I was the most trusted to do sensible cycles. I mainly audited Sec Checks. I audited 5700 hrs in 2 years 1/2, despite taking 2 LOA of 2/3 weeks each and supervising in the mornings on and off whenever was needed.

I salvaged lots of staff and got them succeeding and doing well. Lots of them got promoted and are doing very well.

While I was on post I reverted the GDSs of Dept. 3, not only of the org, but also continentally. I also went in mission in Brussels which resulted in very good results. While in Denmark I also arrived a person in the Sea Org, salvaged a few people and posted an OT V in Security to protect the OT level materials.

I became the ST/PC MAA at the Flag Building. I did really good on that post. I was then promoted and I apprenticed in every single area of Department 3 and Branch 3. I went to two different orgs for mission as part of my apprenticeship, Pasadena and Atlanta. I also apprenticed at PAC and then went back to Flag.

I trained as a Supervisor, then as an auditor, I was part of the GAT II evolution and I supervised the first two Student Hat Completions. I supervised also the supervisors who then supervised the evolution. I did the whole GAT II training in matter of a couple of months and got myself to Clear after that. I am a fast learner and I love LRH Tech.
