  • Finance- Signing a customer up by having them sign all the documents that are needed for compliance to the Dealership, DMV and Lenders. Call the lender if the deal is not approved as agreed.
  • Submit applications for approvals- Submit credit applications over to the lenders for an auto loan or lease approvals, and follow up on them as well.
  • Clear funding delays- By using the knowledge and resources to follow up and clear any funding delay a deal may have, that is preventing the dealership from receiving it's funds.
  • Cash In Transit- Monitor our Cash In Transit report by using several resources to figure out why a balance is on it.
  • Customer Relations- Assisting customers with concerns and complaints, to ensure they have a great dealership experience.
  • Incentives- Process and file incentive claims that may have been setup on deals.
  • Dealer Trade paperwork- Process and log all Dealer Trade paperwork from the Sales Managers to the Accounting Office.
  • Clearing Trades- Assist with clearing trade-ins to be released to our Reconditioning Department to process and get vehicles ready for sale or wholesale.
  • Shipping Labels- Navigating through our Fedex and GLS accounts, to create shipping labels to mail out funding banking packets to the lenders.
  • Finalizing Deals in Accounting- Assisting the Accounting Office (Leticia H.) through a Google shared document, with deals that need corrections in order for the deals to Finalized in Accounting.
  • Cancellations- Speaking to customers and assisting them with the process of cancelling any warranty products due to their vehicle being a trade-in, total loss, refinanced or just because they don't want the product anymore.
  • Audits (Certified, Incentives, I.e.)- Collecting and sending documentation for New and Pre-Owned audits.
  • Phone Calls- Answering incoming Finance phone calls. Returning voice mail and email messages from customers.
