During my role as an Asset Protection Coordinator I oversaw 7 locations across the New Jersey area. The locations included stores such as Gap Factory, Gap and Old Navy. My main role is to protect people and assets for the team and customer. I provided leadership skills to drive results, coach and develop direct reports.

• Create an External and Internal plan to reduce shortage
• Partnered up with GM's to ensure that all workday training is completed for both Leaders and Brand Associates
• Traveled to all stores on a weekly basis to ensure that Active Threat/Fire Alarm Drills, Burglar Alarm Test and store work orders are complete

As an Assets Protection Specialist I collect data from high theft areas and came up with strategies to reduce shortage. I have created a great partnership with Law Enforcement to help us maintain our supply. My daily routine consists of inspecting the building to maintain a safe a secure environment for our guests and team members.

• Partnered up with ETL-AP in multiple internal routines and in internal employee dismissal conversations
• Mentored/Trained 12 Target Security Specialist (TSS) to become an Assets Protection Specialist (APS)
• Achieved 211 Apprehensions totaling over $43k and closed out 61 External Investigations totaling over $166k
• Frequently testified in court as witness in trial cases

As a Target Security Specialist, I provided intelligence-led tactics to keep team members and guests safe. I had the honor to become a district recourse where I trained other Target Security Specialist. I identified $27.2k in proven theft and saved $10,6k in merchandise.
