
I learned how to communicate better with people and try my best to satisfy my customers and it helped give me structure and keep me on a good schedule and taught me great teamwork skills and I’ve always wanted to continue to go above and beyond
I work for my family business currently so I can pay my bills but I work commercial and residential I’m good with talking to people and good at explaining things to my customers that they might not understand and I try an make sure everything is done perfectly and to their standards to make sure they are satisfied
I’m mostly an apprentice and also focus on my customer service
Similar to what I did at fye I had to do shipment and walking the floor and recovering the store making it look neat and still interacting with customers I did amazing with sign ups and I had a few regulars there as well I really enjoyed working there and had a great experience
I was a part time assistant manager so I would open and close the store, run bank deposits and do change orders. I’m good with working a pos system and running and organizing shipments. I’m great with upselling and great with the loyalty program. I had some experience with my other store at the Brandon mall I was an assistant manager there and took part in running the store and making schedules and hiring. I’m great with talking to people it’s one of my favorite parts about retail is meeting new people and getting people to come back and shop.
