Facility required an NHA with initiative and strong leadership skills due to long history of non-compliance In 2021. In February, 2022 facility reported two events which resulted in a DOH visit and a G deficiency. In March, deficiencies cleared. In early April OSHA inspection, no deficiencies. New NHA hired.

360 Skilled bed facility, owned by Bucks County and managed by Genesis through October 31, 2021.

Five Star facility with zero deficient surveys 2016 to 2020.

Census and budget exceeded/adjusted to accommodate COVID-19.

Agency elimination after 16 months.

31 Skilled bed facility. Goal was to prepare facility for annual survey. Annual DOH survey in January and facility received three (3) minor deficiencies.

180 Bed skilled facility. Increased census by 12% in six months and grew CMI from .96 to 1.06.

100 Assisted Living Apartments. Grew occupancy from 69 to 93 residents. Revenues exceeded budget by thirty (30%).

180 Skilled bed facility, increased census from 165 to 180. Zero deficiency survey in 2011. Budget exceeded all five (5) years.

Twenty-seven (27) Assisted Living facilities and five (5) in pre-opening. Occupancy grew 12.66% and operating margins 44.14%.

Region consisted of fourteen (14) Assisted Living facilities and four (4) Nursing Homes in Pa and Fl. Occupancy grew from eighty-nine (89%) to ninety-seven (97%). Promoted o Senior Vice President of the Western Region.

173 Skilled bed facility. Achieved 100% occupancy in six (6) months. Promoted to Eastern Region Vice President.
