· Responsible for hiring and training new claim employees. Daily management of a litigation unit to drive results in a performance-based environment.

· Liaison between the Claims Department and Agent locations. Responsible for claim related updates to the Agency force and the resolution of agent concerns.

· Responsible for all daily operations and claim results for the local claim office. Customer service responsibilities for independent agency force.
