After graduating from Ashley High School, I enrolled in the two-year program at Trident Technical College. I worked small construction jobs with my uncle and grandfather before getting my first "official" job at Chipotle. I started at Chipotle at the end of my senior year in high school. I began as a crew member and was later promoted to Kitchen Manager, where I gained valuable experience in food safety. A few months later, I was promoted to Service Manager. Then a couple of months later promoted to Service Manager. In this role, I excelled at handling customer complaints and turning them into opportunities to improve customer retention. I also demonstrated strong leadership skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills to lead my crew to success.
