Mark Varnadore

I have been recently working as a musician playing in various bands in the immediate area as well as nationwide. I was a member of Bluffett, a tribute to Jimmy Buffett from 2018-2021. traveling nationwide from Florida to California. During this tenure of playing music i also worked as a Uber/Lyft driver as well as doing freelance photography, and drone videography. I achieved my Part 107 drone license through the FAA.

As a QBHP I provided multiple roles supporting the Five West Crisis Stabilization Unit. I conducted call backs to check the status of past clients and documented wellbeing. I conducted substance abuse screenings to determine substance use patterns and co occurring disorders. I also provided case management services as well as patient transport.

Worked with Individuals in the Parole system partnering with Restore Hope. Provided recovery coaching helping individuals with substance abuse issues organizing their lives after incarceration. Maintained client charts, scheduled appointments, and conducted group sessions. Duties also involved case management including transportation and help with basic needs.

• Provided crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute substance use issues.
• Maintained accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborated with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Monitored client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure effectiveness.

Worked in a school based system meeting with youth involved in mental health treatment. Worked in tandem with a Mental Health Therapist and would meet with clients on a weekly basis in a school setting discussing treatment plans and how things where going in life with assessing needs of the clients. Was also responsible for timely documentation of meetings and compliance of individual charts. Was also involved with summer programs as well as providing transportation and other basic needs.
