-I am currently serving as a flight commander at my squadron, and have been for about a year now, and this experience has taught me how to deal with multiple different personalities, as well as how to resolve personality conflicts. It has also taught me how to be a true servant leader when its easy, and when it's hard.

-Also in the Civil Air Patrol, I have served as a team member on the firearms team for Texas Wing Summer Encampment of 2024; through this experience I learned how to be flexible, switching gears sporadically from teaching cadets how to properly handle a firearm, to cleaning toilets.
