* Engage with families to provide support in their diabetes journey, while building and maintaining relationships between the organization and the community for all of Kansas and Western Missouri.

* Expand reach of existing programs through tactical marketing campaigns targeting underrepresented populations.

* Responsible for implementing our resource program for healthcare providers at endocrinology offices and hospitals in my territory, including introductory meetings, ordering resources for all ages and stages of type 1 diabetes, tracking product distributed, and re-supplying product for each HCP.

* Point of contact with healthcare providers for the chapter including events with HCPs and in person meetings to present what Breakthrough T1D has to offer them and their patients. This also includes identification, outreach and confirmation of HCPs for speakers at various local events.

* Beyond typical responsibilities, I bring in over $100,000 in revenue a year as a result of my outreach efforts.

* Exceeds KPI's for our chapter, receiving annual bonuses for the last six years in a row.

* Recognized on a national level for work in the chapter. Awarded the Spirit of Community Engagement Award at our One Conference in 2025.

Newborn Hearing Screener

Screened eligible newborns at three area hospitals using the ABR test. Duties included compiling a list of eligible babies, working with parents, doctors, and nurses to schedule a convenient time for the baby to be screened, verifying insurance information, and reporting results of the hearing screen.
