Duties include coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, assisting employees at other facilities, restoring iPads with the proper programs the therapists need to document patient care, marketing to help generate higher patient load at a new location, onboarding new employees including drug screening, and managing employee personnel files in accordance with state regulations.
Screened eligible newborns at three area hospitals using the ABR test. Duties included compiling a list of eligible babies, working with parents, doctors, and nurses to schedule a convenient time for the baby to be screened, verifying insurance information, and reporting results of the hearing screen.
