COMMUNICATION

I have developed effective communication skills in the last 11 years working as a medical assistant. Most often than not, my co-workers have always selected me to be the presenter for the group when it comes to bringing up concerns or suggestions to management or questions during meetings.

LEADERSHIP

For a vast majority of my career, I was the one in charge of training the new hires and teaching them the system that we use. I took a course to become a super user for our medical records system. A lot of my co-workers come to me for questions in regards to the system.
