Office Support- assisting office lead-scheduling –calendar management-Meetings, PTO/OOP Onboarding –new hire requesting network access-email accounts-badging-laptops-employment verification, returning equipment responsible for mail-shipping packages, errands for office employees& all miscellaneous tasks related to the project/facility. Daily LSP/Dashboard reports-construction specifications downloads-archiving zz-emails/tool packages as requested for each project ,ordering office supplies /inventory, Catering to the team setting up bi-weekly breakfast luncheons meetings as needed, Support Document Control as needed.
