Ensures all applicants will be accompanied with a Memorandum of Understanding on the proper use of the Government issued travel card. Applies knowledge of regulatory directives and policies to manage and monitor the use of the Government issued travel card; advises superiors on problems such as misuse, credit and cash limitations, delinquencies, and related problems Presents briefs on the Defense Travel System, Per Diem, travel and transportation entitlement related topics to elements within or outside the U.S.A Interfaces with Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO. Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), other Government and non-Government agencies, and appropriate staff members to supply and obtain information concerning automated travel requirements and issues.
