In my previous job, I worked a lot in customer service and used major skills as in conflict resolution, customer communications, and customer satisfaction. I have plenty of soft skills, but I think my top three skills would be communication, great interpersonal skills, and multitasking. I am detail-oriented when it comes to working and completing everything that is required of me. When learning new skills, I love hands-on assistance and verbal feedback so I can better myself and understand what skills are being presented to me. I am adaptable to new changes and can be flexible on the go when changes arrive unexpectedly.
