I handle ALL aspects of my book of business myself such as pre-renewal communication, renewal quotations bind orders, audits & audit disputes, marketing of excess lines, all client communication, billings, claims, endorsements, questions, certificates, and cross selling.
Primary focus is marine exposures, very high property values, flood coverage, excess liability & excess directors coverages.

I then left to go to Daman Insurance Services as a Commercial Lines Account Manager from 1993 to 1997. I worked on a wide range of small to middle market accounts.
