• Im an independent contractor using a privately own vehicle
• My duties is to deliver Amazon quality products to customer in a safe and timely manner by following all of Amazon flex protocol.
• Expert in phone app Flex service which help deliver Amazon customer there packages at the precise addresses that was provided from the customer following the customer delivery instructions.
• I can lift 5lb to 60lb using proper equipments. Following safety protocols.
• Follow delivery speed on the road and Highway's to prevent tickets, accidents and damage to merchandise .
• Responsible gasping up my vehicle before starting my route and after for the next day deliveries

● Driving an oversized delivery van on highways, local streets, and neighbors

● Providing delivery services to houses, mobile parks, apartments, businesses, and lockers

● Must follow ALL traffic laws, while operating the delivery van and other safety precautions

● The ability to walk and carry packages up multiple flights of stairs each day

● Will need to use GPS to navigate delivery destinations

● Managing up to 250+ delivery stops each day

● Will need to complete all delivers within a given time frame (goal) each day

● Loading and Unloads packages into a Delivery Van

● Using android technology and delivery applications during their delivery activities

● Safely lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50lbs

● Effectively communicate with customers and administrative staff

● Will assist other drivers in delivering packages on some evenings

● Must refuel delivery van at the end of each working shift

● Must clean and provide daily upkeep of delivery vans

• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or in person.
• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• Satisfies the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers.
• Sells/leases and delivers a minimum required units per month.
• Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
• Assists customers in selecting vehicles.
• Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
• Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
• Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
• Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
• Ensures that the website address is prominently displayed throughout the dealership, e.g., on business cards, flyers, pens and all dealership advertising.
• Researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
• Works with webmaster to update the website frequently to attract new and repeat visitor.
• Takes photos of dealership inventory for use on the dealership site.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
• Schedules first service appointment.
• Attends sales meetings.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
