Mataya Hales

Hi! I'm Mataya Hales, an 18-year-old recent graduate from Weber High School with a 3.5 GPA. I'm passionate about helping others, solving problems, and doing things the right way. I'm looking for an opportunity where I can bring my people skills, positive attitude, and quick learning ability to a team that values great service and strong work ethic. For the past year and a half, I've worked as an independent contractor for MyPolicy Insurance in Pleasant View. In that role, I've handled a wide variety of customer service responsibilities including quoting, answering phones, resolving issues, and helping people understand their insurance options. The job taught me how to stay calm under pressure, speak confidently to all types of people, and solve problems quickly and professionally. Even though I haven't worked a cash register before, I'm extremely motivated and eager to learn. I'm not afraid of fast-paced environments, and I truly enjoy interacting with customers. I bring humor, empathy, and focus to every task - and I'm someone who always looks for ways to improve and grow.
