I'll cut to the chase: ZYN. Heard of it?

• While at NHS I built and led the team that positioned, designed, refined, launched, supported, and grew the ZYN brand.
• In ZYN, we created a new category- the tobacco-free nicotine pouch category. Now ubiquitous, it started from nothing.
• Hardly all ZYN: worked on Microsoft, Logitech, ChildFund International, Aramark, Biore, Lagunitas.
• STL Addys "Best in Show" 2018, 2019 if you're into that kinda thing.

Was self-employed for the bulk of three years, working with a wide variety of agencies, from local boutiques to global behemoths.

• Contract work during this time included:
• 6 months at Brown Shoe/Caleres as a CD/Writer for Famous Footwear. While there, wrote, produced and helped direct the video that announced the identity change to Caleres
• 9 months as a Video CD/Writer and sometime Producer at Vidzu Media, later being asked to join parent agency CPG as interim ECD.
• Along the way worked for agencies including FCB Global, McCann Erickson, Fearlessly Frank U.K. and locals Elasticity, Hot in The Kitchen, others...

• Began as a Writer and was promoted five times in nine years, working as VP, Group Creative Director for four years on the AB/InBev and Coca-Cola team, and ultimately advancing to serve as Director of Creative Content, working across all creative teams in the St. Louis and New York offices.
• Catalyst, challenger, mentor, partner.
• Clients included: General Motors, Stolichnaya, Coca-Cola, Hostess, New Balance, T-Mobile, American Express and many more.

It was my second job after working as a librarian throughout high school. Upstart Chicago Ad Agency Eire Partners needed an Intern. I needed a job while I finished up my English degree and wrote some of history's worst poetry. And thus, a career was born.
