- I led a department with 26 caregivers and a $5M operational budget to provide maintenance, construction, and grounds keeping services to a 400k ft² hospital and 40+ locations.
- Collaborated with executive leadership to align facilities strategy with organizational goals and priorities. I worked with architects and engineers to annually review and update a master facility plan, and developed projects with Directors of all departments to create a functional and safe environment.
