  • Major achievement: Development and Prototyping of Water Management System
  • Using CAD and the physical property of the vehicle’s sheet metal body, I was able to conceive and create a prototype design that sealed the vehicle from water and still allow the roof to fold as needed
  • Responsibility for fabric pattern creation including concept, prototype, testing, and release process
  • Key role in engineering for product design of the GMX511 convertible top system from concept to successful IVER production
  • Work directly with OEM design office, vehicle development and senior management groups (BIW, interior, electrical & chassis) to achieve program goals
  • Aided in manufacturing the first prototypes through the IVER build phase
  • Developed the DFEMA and helped in the creation of the PFEMA to assure a successful product
