Able to operate numerous stitching machines and shop tools/machines to create production representative prototypes for concept provability, manufacturability, and fit/function. Manufacturing process experience in casting, forging, injection molding, extruding, stamping, and cut and sew. Materials experience in steel, aluminum, plastic, rubber, and fabrics. Instrumental in process efficiency, procedural development and departmental cost reductions Instrumental in customer required cost reductions Proficient in the theory and application of GD&T Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis Daily use and understanding of SAP and Magellan Teamwork orientated and promotes motivated leadership Engineering and design skills that are driven by the acute understanding of what consumers want and need Highly professional and self-motivated Quick thinker.
