I worked for 28 years as a police officer dealing with every personality type during this time. I have many hours of formal training in deescalation techniques, crisis intervention, and hostage/crisis negotiation. I am looking for something different in my work environment while still being rewarding. This will be a challenging position that I have the skills, knowledge and attitude to accelerate at.

- Work with homeowners on daily issues and complaints within the subdivision.
- Work with the HOA Board of Directors on meetings, projects and ran the daily operations in the subdivisions I managed.
- Obtain bids for a wide assortment of projects and ongoing maintenance in the subdivisions.
- Work with a wide range of people and deal with many conflicts and disgruntled homeowners.

- Worked Patrol my entire career.
- Was part of the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) specializing in working with people in crisis and those having mental health issues.
- Constantly dealt with and handled a wide variety of people, problems and unusual circumstances
- Was a Field Training Officer for 10 or more years, training and teaching new recruit officers while in the field on patrol.
- Was hired as a Crisis/Hostage Negotiator in 2010 and continued that specialty until retirement. Deal with many people in crisis. Am able to speak with and get along with a wide variety of personalities and difficult people.
