Responsible for the installation and setup of Paralenz computers as well as monitoring network status from all systems statewide. My duties also consisted of taking support phone calls and tickets via Zendesk and reply to them in the appropriate manor.

Install network Infrastructure such as CAT cable, Routers and Switches. As well as trouble shoot lan issues from customers of the ocean reef club in key largo Florida. Along with the construction of networks at new construction sites at the same club.

Last line of contact before shipment of systems. Ensure the system is over clocked correctly and all Bios and windows settings are set as well as installing windows and hardware drivers essential to the computers functions. Monitor all PC's, Servers and laptops for over heating and react accordingly to it.
