Opening and closing of store. Counting of safe twice a day. Prepairing staff for the day. Running through a daily checklist with staff. Preparing Preshift sheets with whats to know. May it be up coming events, beer, contest, item availabilty, whats been 86d, local games and staff changes. Conduct table knowings. Explain, show lead by example and to motivate. to live by mission statement. Throwing the best party possible.
Pretty much the same format. Traveled for the job. lived there a year or so to open new bar and train the staff.
