Inventory Control Specialist for Encore Global

• Responsible for the large Audio-Visual equipment inventories at the Hyatt Regency Denver, Grand Hyatt Denver, Thompson Denver, and Hyatt Centric Denver
• Daily duties include the transfer of equipment between other Encore properties, as well as acquiring internal and rental equipment for specific event needs
• Also responsible for the storage, maintenance and repair of AV equipment and supporting onsite staff with training and order fulfillment.

Tech Installer specializing in High-End commercial equipment for: Immersive Gaming, VR Centers, Planetariums, digital signage and integrated Commercial Audio-Visual Systems

• Includes setup and calibration of equipment
• Technical support to on-site teams.

Manage the development of AVLancer.com. An internally developed web app designed to create a portal for AV techs, clients and internal users to create estimates/invoices, build labor request and export schedules, approve hours and expenses, and generate invoices for quick payment

• Work with the internal executive, operations and sales team, as well as clients and freelancers to add features to the site and resolve any errors
• Maintain a production/sprint schedule using Jira to prioritize feature requests and guide the development process with outside developers
• Design mockups for new fixes and updates
• Testing of updates in a staging environment, approving of Bi-monthly updates and production verification testing.
