Matthew Murray

I am Matthew Murray, a young, enthusiastic adult, who is ready to make an impact in the real world. My past has made me the man I am today, and I wish to improve more on myself and the others around me as time goes on. I would say I am a Dynamic Assistant Manager with a proven track record at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering team growth. Skilled in customer service and staff development, I led initiatives that significantly boosted team morale and performance. Expert in problem-solving and decision-making, I thrive in fast-paced environments, driving business improvement and excellence. I worked at Dairy Queen for over 2 years, with outstanding recognition from all my crew members and bosses alike. I have made deep connections with all of my crew, making sure that their voices ar heard, and that they know they are the true backbone of what makes a good team. Leadership is important, but it's even more important to understand the job of the people you train and coach. Friendships and teamwork are some of the most important aspects of my life, encouraging me to work harder to not only make myself happy and accomplished, but to encourage my fellow colleagues, and appreciate me for my work and dedication. My personal hobbies include spending time with friends and family, playing disc golf and participating in other outdoor activities, and making sure to take care of my own personal health, as well as the people's around me. I have developed great social skills with my career and hobbies, allowing me to make many new relationships over the years, as well as being able to properly handle problematic situations in a fast and resolving manner. These are just a few of the many qualities that I bring to the table, and I hope to develop more as a person as time goes on, allowing for a great work environment, and building more strong relationships with my fellow peers.
