Developing daily entertainment for customers to enjoy. Both locations would have 5 to 6 days out of the week with some sort of games, or music / entertainment
Involving charities or similar groups for food, clothing, and toy drives during respected times of year.
In charge of getting all staff certified and trained in mandated courses for said rolls.
In charge of all landscape and yard maintenance. This would involve planning seasonally for what works for our ambiance in the yards. Duties include but not limited to; Weed pulling, Tree planting, Watering, Raking, Sanding and repainting tables, Animal byproduct cleanup, etc.
Strategically leading and delegating any duties that require a multi-team effort on large tasks, and effectively communicate the steps and process's involved for optimal completion of task(s)
In charge of ordering and maintaining a working inventory. This includes but not limited to; All beer for taprooms, All merchandise (Clothing, signs, etc), Linens and janitorial goods, Compressed gas (Co2 / No2)
In charge of receiving all deliveries and QC on incoming pallets. This involves checking for any damage product, out dated product, etc.
Scheduling and approval of all monthly schedules of all staff
In charge of all hiring and termination of employees, and everything inbetween. Meeting the needs of all workers who have any issues or concerns.
