Lead and oversee the SOP, SSOP, SPS, Quality, Food Safety, Pre-requisite, Child Nutrition, Food Defense programs. Which includes reviewing of the procedures, writing any new procedures and going over and changes with trained individuals on the procedures.
Lead Internal and external audits (SQF, Child Nutrition, Food Defense, Animal Wellbeing Audit, Customer Audits etc. and answer and findings in the appropriate timeframe.

Lead and oversee the 2nd shift FSQA Technicians and who are responsible for performing pre-operational inspections in all departments and performing swabs.
Lead and oversee the 1st shift associate lab chemist who plates all samples taken from variety of testing taken out on the floor from Pre-op, validations, quarterly and yearly testing etc.
Create and managed the audits used by FSQA and Production operators out on the floor via Safety Chain.
Worked with production and FSQA on events out on the floor that involved broken belts, knives, etc.
Wrote reports on those events and would bring them to both production and FSQA management to come to a conclusion if product was affected and if anything was missing etc.
Had weekly meetings with both shifts of superintendents, maintenance managers and the plant manager and would go over all of the events that happened that week prior. Then would discuss what was done to prevent it from happening again.
Was the second person in this position at this plant. Created audit forms for this role since it was new and helped standardize practices for future team members that came after me.
