  • Instructed 1 Fighter Wing & ACC pilots/personnel in water/land survival skills, personal recovery & resistance & escape/evasion tactics
  • Managed the 1 Fighter Wing SERE training program, implementing innovative scenario planning and improving local operations. Integrated Norfolk Combat Naval Squadrons into the SERE program and was essential in the culmination of 217 training events and 35 exercises
  • Coordinated, researched, and established the 1 FW Apprehension Avoidance program. In conjunction with USAFA and 1 OG Stan Evaluation, I created the 1 FW's first custom combatives curriculum. This modernization will allow more than 200 MCA personnel to learn tools required to return with honor during highly contested engagements
  • Squadron facility manager; oversaw 25 mission critical work orders & 11 building upgrades that guaranteed $11 million dollars of base facilities functional equipment
  • Responsible for 73 formal training syllabus objectives in 48 high-risk open water exercises annually for S-V86-A
  • Directs training for 2.6K DoD aircrew personnel annually in post-egress emergency survival in open sea environments
  • Managed $500K joint environmental training facility equipment provides mission ready requirements for 3K Navy/Air Force students annually
  • Supervises & instructs up to 105 students in the rigorous five and one half month AETC SERE Specialist training
