• Im in charge of over seeing the day to day task and setting production goals for the jobs that are assigned to me.
• I also order and keep track of all materials such as stone,pipe,and any other materials to perform the job.
• Also Keep track of all time cards for employees on the sites that I'm in charge of.
• Find dump sites and line up trucks to haul off waste material and also bring in stone for backfill and fine grading.

I started as a labor hand and worked my way to a operator then to a supervisor, I was a supervisor for 7 years in this time I over seen and helped perform the tasks of laying water mains and sewer mains also built subdivisions and other small site projects.

i left to go after other goals in life.

I run the grade rode and learned to operate skid steers and backhoes at this job it was a job while I was in school.
