AVR is a an automotive mechanical repair shop. My position as shop manager requires me to manage multiple employees, a schedule to ensure proper timelines are followed for repairs of automotive vehicles in an efficient manner, talk with and discuss problems and solutions customers may have, and ensure that all supplies needed to perform repairs are available to the technicians. Furthermore in my technician position i perform advanced diagnostics and repair of all automotive electrical and mechanical systems. I perform computer diagnostics and calibration procedures and relearn procedures when nessesary repair procedures are performed.
