I have been working in the customer service industry since 2014 when I could first start working at the age of 16. in this time I have developed an excellent work ethic and people skills that have helped me get better at working with other in groups, as well as getting things done on my own. in my current role I am tasked with qualifying clients for mortgages and conducting a financial analysis of their credit, income, and ability to repay the loan. I get all of this done while ensuring that the client meets all state, federal, and company guidelines to get the loan closed as quickly as possible. I work with the client from the start of the process until we get to the closing table to get the correct documents we need and make the process as smooth and easy as possible. I have developed excellent time management and ability to work well under pressure during my time in the mortgage industry by keeping my current clients informed while still prospecting for new business for the company.
