Wrestling And weight Lifting
I Have wrestled Through middle and High school giving me many chances to achieve success. My 7th Grade year i received the award for most improved wrestler from eastern Greenbrier Middle school. Then in my high school career i took 4th at regionals my freshman year as a varsity wrestler at greenbrier west high school. Also this past season I placed first at regionals for North Augusta High School giving me My chance to appear at my second State Tournament.
For my Weight lifting Journy i began my freshman year of high school With a bench press of 160 pounds and this past month 3 years later i achieved a 255 Pound Bench press. For my progress on squat is not as noticeable since freshman year it has gone from 225Lb to 385Lb
