As a Delivery Consultant at Dun & Bradstreet, I serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and delivery of data-driven solutions. Build and maintain collaborative relations with sales, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate GPS hardware installation for new and existing customers. Serve as a point of contact for the client during the first 60 days to identify and meet technical requirements. Streamline end-to-end operations with the focus on ensuring timely installs are completed in a timely manner. Manage a wide range of functions, including providing required components at the job site, issuing purchase orders, and completing required paperwork. Coordinate with customers and subcontractor installers to define project scope and provide a roadmap.
