• Incorporating planning topics such as POI and EPG into conversations in a way that makes sense and shows value.
• Building trust and long-term relationships through effective communication, active listening, and consistent follow-up.
• Generating qualified leads for business partners through proactive outreach and needs-based conversations.
• Conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospect, identify opportunities, and drive new business.
• Serve as first point of contact providing client support and issue resolution with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Account service and maintenance across a wide range of client accounts.
• Executing high volume equity and mutual fund trades while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
