- Directs CSC’s ABCD Facilitation and Coaching provider. At the same time, managing Community Building Managers (CBM) as they guide Civic Design Teams (CDT) to cultivate relationships with co-creators (CSC staff, providers, community members, and stakeholders) to drive meaningful change through participatory processes and research findings.
- Establishes goals, objectives, and work plans of the Community Building Manager for administrative and technical operations in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Pompano Beach, and Westpark, Broward County.
