Working as an Intrapreneur for one year and a Systems Engineer for 11 years. As an intrapreneur, hardworking and passionate job to building a new business to help people's mental health. As a system engineer, I am experienced in the pre-sales of package systems, customer negotiation, and implemented and customized systems including requirement definition, design, coding, and testing. In a global project for an In-house packaged product, I was involved in directly communicating with customers in Asian countries to finalize customer requirements and was involved in the release and maintenance of the system. In the global project of Dynamics CRM, I was a leader of the team that integrated Dynamics CRM and DocuSign, from the requirement definition phase to the release of the system. Actively involved in several phases of software development - Requirements definition, System Design, Development, and Testing in waterfall and agile methodologies. Both projects were successfully released.
