After starting as a team member for the first 4 years of my time at Burger King, I eventually took a shift leader position based on leadership skills, reliability, and overall performance. I supervised staff and ensured smooth daily operations within a shift, managed cash handling, inventory, and opening and closing duties, as well as training new employees and supported team development all while maintaining strong customer service in a high volume environment.
