After a year I was promoted to a bartender and then during the five years quickly became the lead bartender and bar trainer. I was also trusted with the responsibility of completing the weekly bar inventory which is usually only done by managers. While working for this company I was able to develop lasting relationships with many of my former managers because of the mutual respect which developed during my employment.

I have excellent communication skills, and I connect with my customers with ease. I feel that serving and attending to guests is something that comes very naturally to me. I am empathetic to my guests and have the utmost respect for my managers and fellow employees. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and I care about those that I am serving. It is my duty to ensure that people have a positive dining experience and look forward to returning not only to the business but for my service as well.

LEADERSHIP

I have always been a lead server and trainer at any of my places of employment. I take great pride in my performance and work ethic. It is important to me that my guests have a fantastic time and that they feel as though their needs have been met.
