· Certified Salesforce with 1+ years of Salesforce.com CRM experience including, administration configuration.
· Experience with the Salesforce product suite, including, Health Cloud, Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
· Creating user profiles, training them and helping unlock or reset passwords .
· Updating the Salesforce database system for ensuring optimal performance for the organization, stakeholders and users.
· Maintaining various aspects like sales reports, dashboards and workflow.
· Working collaboratively with salesforce application developers, stakeholders, business staff and customers.
· Creating and maintaining database reports on sales, utilization, workflow and errors.
· Analyzing sales-related technological resources and updating the database system as needed.
· Updating and managing the overall organization system by maintaining the user records, dashboards and sales records in a structured manner.
· Assisting with the integration of data flow from other systems when needed.
