My job as a Head Cashier is to assist in the supervision of the cashiers, coaching, and training of the front end. I also handle all of the money throughout the store.

• Counted and balanced cashier drawers.
• Processed refunds for worn, damaged, and broken merchandise.
• Performed opening and closing duties such as counting money, balancing tills, and reconciling discrepancies.

• Answered customer questions and addressed problems and complaints in person and via phone.
