Assist the camp director with day-to-day operations of summer camp and retreats.

Serve as acting director when the director is unavailable.

Market and recruit personal and corporate retreats.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects related to volunteer resources. Including recruitment, initial and ongoing training, support, and evaluation.

Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and dining hall. (Including by not limited to: hiring, ordering, equipment upkeep, food safety, menu planning, and budgeting)

Developed a strong team atmosphere within the kitchen, programming and summer staff departments, enhancing productivity and employee retention.

Provided administrative and physical support for the development and implementation of successful events and new camps.

Assisted in planning and the execution of fundraising initiatives contributing to a successful scholarship fund.

Facilitated and maintained communication between both UMC and non UMC pastors to develop strong community relationships and support.

Researched grant and funding proposals opportunities to identify potential income sources that was used for facility improvements and upgrades.

Supervised, guided and assisted campers safely through various weeks of camp and activities. Including, Bible Lessons and studies, speaking engagements, high impact adventures, archery, arts, crafts, hiking, and other activities to provide developmental stimulation and personal faith growing opportunities.
