Headmistress

Ironton Wizardry Academy
01.2017 - Current
  • Company Overview: https://irontonwizardfest.com
  • Headmistress, Professor Pinx, at the Ironton Wizardry Academy for Ironton Wizardfest. For the first few years I drew a striking resemblance to Helga Hufflepuff but I created my own character over the last couple of years. I personally set up the classes, booked travel with the professors, brought on board a few and oversaw each of the sets built and skits performed. I taught Wand Lore in year 1. After that I brought in cos-play to be professors. It was a big hit and with all the sets and props, people loved it and the Academy grew from 100 students in Year 1 to a thousand students last November at Year 6. I have done some ad-lib with James Payton (Frank Longbottom) as I brought him into a class where he told us his favorite beast was the crumpent, so I began to teach the students how to do the mating call for one. It has been a repeat each year! It has been my joy and honor to work for the boy who lived.

Boutique owner

Pinky’s Bazaar
01.2023 - 01.2024
  • It was a combination of business strategy, visual design, customer engagement, and inventory control into a cohesive process designed to create a compelling shopping experience. I found that boutique management demands more than just an eye for style; it calls for strategic planning, a deep understanding of target customers, and adaptability in a competitive market. I did it all; I bought and sold items, set up end caps and shelves, dealt with customers, handled transactions, bookkeeping, inventory, stocking, and I also made commercials by writing and producing for radio and social media.

CSR Assistant Manager

River Cities Wireless
06.2012 - 04.2014
  • I enjoyed providing service and sales of cellular phones in the capacity of an assistant manager. This can include answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. A mobile phone CSR plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients. I possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to think on my feet in order to effectively handle a wide range of customer interactions. I sold cell phones and plans and set up their phones, plans, and accessories. I took payments as well as collected bills. Additionally, I was well-versed in the products and services sold as either equipment or plans and I had the ability to navigate through various computer systems to retrieve customer and sales information for the various mobile phone companies including AT&T, Boost Mobile, and more. I often handled difficult situations and complaints with tact and diplomacy, all done within the confines of the company’s policies and procedures.

I prepared and administered Peter’s medications daily; I relieved his pain and discomfort from chronic pruritus as well as edema through massage techniques. I spent numerous hours comforting Peter while treating him. I transported Peter to and fro the Dr’s office where I aided the doctor in Peter’s treatment. I had Peter follow orders to the letter and even helped implement a physical therapy plan for him. I cooked his meals, all organic & natural. I cleaned his home as well as aided him in most ADL’s.
