  • Customer service is the top priority. As a cashier/waiter I would greet incoming customers as walking in the door. Once they got to the register I would ask if they had any questions if they did I would answer them to the best of my knowledge. Then when I would take their order I would give them a number for reference, so that when their food was ready I would take it to their table. I would occasionally check the table to see if everything was okay. Lastly when customer would leave I'd tell them to have a nice day and go bus the table to keep dining room looking presentable.
