This fully remote role was two items: Coaching and Back Office. Coaching: person-oriented to help coach and empower clients to manage their health to reach their highest health potential. Very self-motivated. Back Office: Logistics, training, documentation, and mentoring other coaches how to be more efficient and effective to super serve more clients. Slack, Learn Upon, Google Drive, Microsoft Office proficient.

Taught and managed 8th grade Tennessee History classes, including educational elective of financial education. Taught in a very diverse, demographic environment with varying nationalities, languages, and low-income backgrounds. Created coursework to hit TN State Standards, yet created lessons that met the students where they were. Had courageous conversations to create unity and hit our common goal.

Promote, Plan, and Proactively search for new clients, maintain relationships, and keep retention of those clients long-term. Liaison between schools and businesses across the US and help build long-term relationships.

Working in a variety of ages, settings, and backgrounds ages 4-18. Worked in diverse settings and backgrounds, including Mainstream, special needs, IEPs, and Homebound learning to build meaningful relationships, growth, and development for students, staff, & parents.
