I handled high-level business and corporate calls from customers. I had to ask probing questions when a customer called in with a problem to figure out their exact issue. If I didn't have the answer, I used research to find the best solution for the customer. After each call, I had to document the case with a brief summary of the call.

I handled the wiring of the medical carts we manufactured for hospitals. I would have to test the carts after I wired it to ensure they were attached correctly.

I was in charge of installing external parts on power transformers initially. After that, I applied decals to the transformers. I was promoted to Utility Operator during my last few years of employment. I had to take calls from the production line. They would contact me if they needed a part, paperwork, or decals.
