Mia Blackmon

I have been at Cracker Barrel for 4.5 years. I have earned the four star status; the highest status an employee can attain because of my attention to details when serving customers. I approach each customer as if he/she is the only person I am serving, and I try to make their dining experience the very best it can be. I am called in to work when the CEOs visit because the store wants only the best servers to work on those days.

As a student, I have maintained a 3.5 or higher GPA throughout my courses thus far. I recently had my CAPs review, and received high scores from all my mentors and supervisor.
