Create weekly schedules for all Groomers in the salon.

Maintain operating Productivity for myself and team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Delegate daily appointments and cleaning duties appropriately.

Participate in meetings, take notes, and cascade the information to the rest of my team.

Perform daily team huddles to discuss Productivity and plans for the day.

Follow up with my team throughout their shift, to assist with difficult or otherwise dogs.

Provide workday feedback to the team, for areas of opportunity, to celebrate wins, and to keep them focused in their areas of growth.

Address customer issues when they arise.

Greet customers on the sales floor.

Inform customers on the most current promotions and sales.

Manage registers by handling transactions for purchases, trades, and returns.

Responsible for opening or closing the business, counting the registers, and readying the nightly deposit.

Making frequent trips to the bank for change and/or deposit drop offs.

Prepare and ship orders purchased through online channels for delivery or pick-up in store options for customers.

Prepare outgoing product transfers between stores.

Process incoming shipments from store transfers or the warehouse.

Inventory product daily or weekly based on a rotating schedule.

Travel to nearby locations to assist the store manager based on different business needs.

Maintain and set store marketing daily, weekly, and/or monthly.

Conduct first interviews for the store manager of new possible employees.

Assist training newly hired employees.

Achieve daily sales goals and personal performance goals based on company averages.

Create a weekly schedule in the absence of the store manager.

Participate in weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams and cascade the information to the rest of the team.

Conduct workday feedback for all associates.

Execute marketing and branding of the company.

Create and utilize specialized mobile grooming services.

Organize paperwork for cost, sales, prots, and losses.

Schedule daily route and fulfill appointments based on amount of dogs, types of dogs, and amount of employees working.

Maintain, clean, and sanitize vehicle and grooming station inside before and after each client.

Service vehicle and equipment regularly.

Dog Grooming; this can include a bath, nail trim, expressing dog’s anal glands, styled trims or cuts, and teeth brushing.
